Experience leading design for a range of project types across all phases from Planning through Construction Documents. Candidate will work closely with Design Principal, advancing the project’s conceptual direction, form, and programmatic arrangement, both independently and in collaboration with the design team. Must be able to engage project criteria, establish and iterate underlying rationales, and develop and communicate design goals to clients, consultants, and the design team. Candidate should have a general knowledge of building systems, sustainability practices, architectural history, and an understanding of appropriate constructability within a project budget. Must be able to articulate ideas in visual and written form. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2007, Microsoft Office, and modeling software such as Rhinoceros.
